The Easter Egg - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. milk
    12 to 15 eggs
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Break eggs in a large bowl; break the yolks.
    Warm milk, do not scorch.
    Mix slowly with eggs until it looks like cottage cheese. Wrap in cheesecloth and hang.
    Do not wrap too tight; will spoil.
    Refrigerate.
