Baked Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. rice
1 c. boiling water
salt and pepper to taste
1 chicken, cut into pieces
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
Preparation

Put 1 cup of rice in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Add 1 cup of boiling water and seasonings to taste.
Lay cut up chicken over rice.
Cover with soups.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 250\u00b0 and continue baking for 2 1/2 hours.
