Chocolate Chip Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. boiling water
    1 c. uncooked oatmeal
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 large eggs
    1 c. white sugar
    1 stick butter
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. cocoa
    1 pkg. chocolate chips
    3/4 c. nuts
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over oatmeal and let set 10 minutes.
    Add sugar and butter; stir until melted.
    Add eggs and dry ingredients and mix well.
    Add 1/2 nuts and 1/2 chocolate chips.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
    Sprinkle with remaining nuts and chocolate chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
