My Mother'S Goulash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
8 oz. large elbow macaroni
1 large onion, chopped
1 can cream of tomato soup
4 c. canned tomatoes, chopped
18 slices Kraft Old English cheese
salt and pepper
Preparation

Crumble ground beef into a large skillet and cook until almost done, then add onion.
Continue sauteing until the onion is transparent and the beef is well browned.
Cook macaroni according to package directions.
Combine all ingredients except cheese. Put into 15 x 11 x 3-inch pan.
Bake, covered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
Layer double slices of cheese on the top, covering completely.
Bake, uncovered, until cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.
