Shortcut-Style Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 qt. jar spaghetti sauce (commercial or homemade)
salt, to taste
1 pkg. (8 oz.) lasagna noodles, cooked
1 pkg. (6-8 oz.) thinly sliced Mozzarella cheese
1 c. cottage cheese (or Ricotta cheese) - I use all Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Brown ground beef slowly and spoon off fat.
Add spaghetti sauce and cook for 5 minutes.
Place 1/3 noodles in 11x7x11-inch baking dish; cover with 1/3 sauce.
Add half the Mozzarella cheese and half the cottage cheese.
Repeat layer: noodles, sauce, cheeses.
Add another layer of noodles and top with sauce and Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25-30 minutes.
Let stand for 15 minutes; cut into squares.
Serves 12.
