Spinach Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes frozen, chopped spinach
    2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
    6 Tbsp. sour cream
    4 eggs, beaten
    6 Tbsp. chopped onion (green onions if possible)
    1 bottle bacon chips or fresh bacon pieces
    1 pkg. large flour tortillas
    3 lb. stew meat chunks
    2 cans golden mushroom soup
    1 can water
    1 Tbsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. tapioca (optional)
Preparation
    Cut up any assortment of vegetables into large chunks.
    Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Cover tightly and never stir while baking for 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0 or 4 hours at 250\u00b0.
