Cranberry Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. crushed saltine crackers
1/2 small onion, diced
1 tsp. salt
1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of tomato soup, undiluted
cooked rice or noodles
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, combine first 5 ingredients.
Shape into 1 1/2-inch balls.
Place on a rack in a baking pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine cranberry sauce and tomato soup. Heat through.
Add meatballs and simmer 10 minutes.
Serve with rice or noodles.
May also be used as an appetizer.
