Beer Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/4 lb. Blue cheese
    1/8 lb. butter (1 stick)
    3 cloves garlic
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 can beer
    1 loaf round rye bread
Preparation
    Grate Cheddar cheese in food processor.
    Grate Blue cheese, butter and garlic together.
    Add dry mustard and Worcestershire sauce, then add 1 can of beer while mixing.
    Start out with a half can and keep adding gradually until you get the right consistency (usually takes about 3/4 can).
