Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken or parts equal to 1 chicken (separate thighs, legs, breasts)
    juice from 6 lemons
    1 Tbsp. tarragon
    1 tsp. paprika
    salt and pepper
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 c. white wine
    2 lemons, cut in wedges for garnish and service
    3 cloves garlic, finely minced
    2 Tbsp. honey
Preparation
    Cut chicken, separate.
    In a bowl, juice 6 lemons; scrape out lemon meat from skin.
    Combine with tarragon, paprika, garlic, olive oil and white wine.
    Marinate chicken overnight.
    Grill the following day.
    Finish in the oven.
    Brush with honey lightly just before serving.
    Service with lemon wedge or sprinkle with lemon juice.
