Orange Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. chicken parts
    6 oz. frozen orange juice, thawed
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Spread chicken in a pan.
    Mix together juice, soup and water.
    Cover chicken with juice mixture.
    Cover with aluminum foil.
    Bake for 1 1/2 hours, uncovering chicken for the last 15 to 30 minutes (depending on how crispy you like it). Baste often while baking.
