7 Minute Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    5 Tbsp. water
    1 1/2 tsp. light corn syrup
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except vanilla in top of double boiler and place over boiling water.
    Beat constantly at high speed. Cook for 7 minutes or until frosting will stand in peaks.
    Remove from boiling water.
    Add vanilla and beat at high speed until thick enough to spread.
    Makes enough to ice 2 layer cake all over.
