Carrot Cutlets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked brown rice
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. parsley, snipped
    1 c. cooked, mashed carrots
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1 beaten egg
    3/4 c. fine bread crumbs
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except bread crumbs and oil.
    Roll in crumbs and shape into cakes.
    Fry in hot oil.
    Serve hot.
