Tangy Corn Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 ears corn
    3 c. cider vinegar
    2 medium green peppers, diced (1 1/2 c.)
    2 medium red peppers, diced (1 1/2 c.)
    2 medium tomatoes, diced (1 1/2 c.)
    2 medium onions, diced (1 c.)
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. turmeric
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    With sharp knife, cut kernels from corn cobs to make 8 cups kernels.
    In 5-quart saucepan over high heat, bring corn and remaining relish ingredients to boiling.
    Reduce heat to low simmer.
    Cook 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Water bath 15 minutes, using five 1 pint canning jars.
