Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. potatoes
1 envelope Lipton onion soup
1/3 c. vegetable oil
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Peel the potatoes or leave skins on (just wash them) or peel them and cut into 4 chunks.
In a large, plastic bag, place potatoes, cut in chunks, soup mix and oil. Close bag and shake until potatoes are evenly coated.
Empty potatoes into shallow baking or roasting pan.
Bake, stirring occasionally, for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Makes 8 servings.
