Caviar Delights Artichoke - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/2 c. finely grated onion
1 (3 oz.) jar caviar, drained
3 hard-boiled eggs, grated
Preparation

Beat cream cheese until smooth; add artichoke hearts and onion.
Spread in an 8 or 9-inch glass pie plate.
Chill.
Before serving, spread caviar on top of cream cheese mixture and place grated egg on top.
Serve with crackers.
