Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. chopped apples
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat eggs in bowl. Add sugar.
Sift flour, baking powder and salt and fold in.
Fold in apples, raisins and nuts.
Add vanilla. Bake in greased and floured 8-inch square pan for 45 minutes.
