Easy Stuffed Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 fillets of haddock
    1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/3 c. onion, diced
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 c. Italian bread crumbs
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in olive oil until soft.
    Add bread crumbs and mix.
    Lay 2 fillets in greased baking dish.
    Mound stuffing over fillets.
    Top with remaining fillets.
    Anchor with toothpicks.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until fish flakes. Serves 4.
