Fisherman'S Catch Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. fish (any kind)
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped carrots
    1/4 c. snipped parsley
    1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes, mashed
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    1 (8 oz.) bottle clam juice
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/3 c. light cream
    1 1/2 c. diced potatoes
Preparation
    Cut cleaned fish into 1-inch pieces.
    Add all ingredients except flour, butter and cream to crock-pot and stir.
    Cover and cook 7 to 8 hours on low.
    One hour before serving, combine flour, butter and cream.
    Stir in mixture until it is slightly thickened.
