Busy-Day Pork Chops And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops (1/2 to 3/4-inch thick)
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 to 4 baking potatoes
    garlic salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    1 to 2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Brown the pork chops in butter. Season with garlic salt and pepper. Remove pork chops from frying pan and place in a 10 x 13-inch baking dish. Add soup to pork chop drippings in frying pan and mix together. Slice the potatoes over the pork chops in the baking dish.
    Pour soup over the potatoes and chops.
    Bake, covered, for 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 6.
