Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 c. shredded zucchini
    1 c. Bisquick
    1 small onion
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. Romano cheese
    1/2 tsp. chopped parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix together well.
    Grease a 10 or 12-inch pie pan.
    Pour mixture into greased pan.
    Pie gets beautifully frothy while baking.
    Add catsup before eating.
