Vegetable Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. cream cheese, softened (8 oz. pkg.)
    1/2 c. grated carrots, well drained
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/2 c. grated bell pepper, well drained
    1 can crushed pineapple (large), well drained
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
Preparation
    After I let pineapple drain well in a colander, I take it in my hands and squeeze it to get all the juice out that I can.
    Mix all ingredients well; make into a ball.
    Roll in chopped pecans or chopped fresh parsley.
    Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
    Allow to soften for about 15 minutes before serving.
    Very good with Wheat Thins or other snack crackers.
