1/4 c. cold water
1 pt. light cream
2 eggs, separated (large size)
pinch of salt (1/8 tsp.)
1/4 c. granulated sugar
4 Tbsp. sugar
1 to 2 Tbsp. vanilla extract
1 sq. semi-sweet baking chocolate
