Fruit Bavarian - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. boiling water
2 c. mashed berries
1/4 c. confectioners sugar
1/4 c. cold water
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. heavy cream
1 qt. angel food cake
Preparation

Soak gelatin in cold water.
Add boiling water and stir until dissolved.
Add lemon juice and mashed fruit, mixing well.
Chill until fruit mixture begins to thicken.
Whip cream and sugar until stiff, then fold into fruit mixture.
Fold in angel food cake (cut in cubes).
Pour dessert into bowl or 8-inch square pan.
Chill. Makes 6 servings.
