Easy Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. + 1 1/2 tsp. shortening
3 c. self-rising flour
1 c. milk
1/2 c. butter or margarine; softened
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. pecans (optional)
1/2 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation

Cut shortening into flour with pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal.
Add milk stirring until dry ingredients are moist.
Roll dough into a 20x14 inch rectangle; spread butter on dough.
Combine sugar and cinnamon.
Sprinkle over butter.
Add raisins and pecans, if desired.
Roll up and cut into 1 inch slices.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
