Sweet Potato Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
    1/2 c. corn flakes, finely crushed
    2/3 c. pecans, finely chopped
    1 can sliced pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Mix sweet potatoes and corn flake crumbs. Shape into 8 balls and roll in chopped nuts. Chill 30 to 40 minutes. Arrange pineapple slices in buttered 8 x 10 x 2-inch baking dish and top with a sweet potato ball. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
