Fat-Free Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. shredded carrots
1 c. applesauce
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. sugar
3 egg whites
2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. allspice
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together in large mixing bowl.
Mix well then pour into greased cake pan or Bundt cake pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Bundt cake pan may take 5 to 10 minutes more baking time.
