Stuffed Flounder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms (reserve liquid)
    1 (7 oz.) can frozen crabmeat
    1/2 c. saltine cracker crumbs
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    8 flounder fillets (2 lb.)
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    milk
    1/3 c. dry white wine
    4 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
    1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    In skillet, cook onions in butter until tender.
    Stir drained mushrooms into skillet with crab, crumbs, parsley, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and pepper.
    Spread mixture over fillets.
    Roll fillet; place, seam side down, in 13 x 9 x 2- inch baking dish.
