Lemon Cheese Layer Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter (softened)
    2-1/2 c. sugar
    3 c. bleached Soft as Silk Cake Flour
    6 eggs (room temperature)
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. lemon flavoring
    1 tsp vanilla flavoring
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar together until fluffy.
    Add eggs one at a time.
    Next, add sour cream.
    In a separate bowl, sift cake flour, salt and baking soda together.
    Add a small amount of flour mixture at a time to your butter, sugar, egg and sour cream mixture.
    Last add flavorings.
    Mix well.
    Pour into pans sprayed with Pam.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in preheated oven until done.
    Makes 8 small layers.
