German Chocolate Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. pecans
1 c. coconut
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 stick margarine
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Press pecans and coconut into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix cake mix according to directions.
Pour over pecans and coconut. Mix together remaining ingredients margarine, cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla.
Spoon over cake mix.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 35 minutes.
Refrigerate before cutting.
