24 Hour Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce, torn apart
    1 c. onion (diced)
    1 c. celery (chopped)
    1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained (radishes can be substituted)
    1 pkg. frozen English peas (cooked and drained)
    2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
    3 oz. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 jar Bac*Os
    2 tomatoes (diced)
Preparation
    In large bowl, layer all ingredients in order.
    Chill 24 hours and serve.
