Rosamarina Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 box rosamarina (cooked ricelike macaroni), drained and set aside
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
juice from drained fruit
2 Tbsp. flour
1 can mandarin oranges
1 can pineapple bits
1/2 c. coconut
1/4 c. Cool Whip
2 to 3 Tbsp. Cool Whip
Preparation

Cook the sugar, salt, eggs, juice from fruit and flour in saucepan until well blended, comes to boil and thickens.
Add rosamarina and dash of lemon juice to sauce.
Add mandarin oranges, pineapple bits, coconut and 1/4 cup Cool Whip.
When ready to serve, add 2 to 3 tablespoons Cool Whip.
Blend to consistency you prefer.
(May freeze and add the Cool Whip before serving.)
