Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vinegar
    2 oz. red food coloring
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
Preparation
    Cream sugar and oil.
    Add eggs and beat well.
    Add vinegar and red food coloring.
    Mix well.
    Add dry ingredients (that have been sifted together), alternating with buttermilk.
    Add vanilla and beat well.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
