Mexican Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. sour cream
    8 oz. cream cheese
    4 oz. green chili peppers
    1 small can sliced black olives
    1 c. shredded Mexican cheese
    1/2 pack dry Ranch dressing mix
    8 flour tortillas
    salsa
Preparation
    Mix sour cream and cream cheese with hand mixer. Add chilies, olives, cheese and dressing mix. Stir to mix. Spread mixture on tortillas and roll. Cover and chill for 2 hours. Slice and serve with salsa. Makes 8 servings and 20 minutes prep time.
