Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

1 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
1 tsp cinnamon
2 c. bananas, chopped
1 1/2 salad oil
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 can, 18 ounces, crushed pineapple
3 eggs beaten
2 c. walnuts, chopped
cream cheese frosting
3/4 c. shortening
2 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3/4 c. cocoa
3 tsp soda
3/4 c. milk
2 1/2 c. flour, sifted
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 c. boiling water

Mix and bake in greased 9 x 13 inch pan for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
