Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. well packed, grated zucchini
3 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. nuts or raisins
Preparation

Beat eggs
until foamy; add oil, sugar, grated zucchini and vanilla.
Add
dry
ingredients and mix well.
Add nuts or raisins.
Pour into
two
greased
and
floured pans.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven
for
one
hour or until bread tests done. This recipe makes 3
loaves when using 7 7/8 x 3 7/8-inch loaf pan.
