Fresh Tomato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    5 lb. tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. herb seasoning
    2 Tbsp. salt
    3 onions, quartered
    6 sprigs parsley, chopped
    1 stalk celery, sliced
    5 strips bacon, finely cut
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Cut tomatoes in quarters.
    Add water, salt, spices, onion, celery and parsley.
    Bring to boil.
    Turn down and simmer 2 hours.
