Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or shortening
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. crushed bananas (about 3 for each loaf)
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs and beat until smooth.
Add flour, soda, salt, milk and bananas and mix well.
Pour into greased and floured loaf pan.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Bake 45 to 55 minutes.
Makes one loaf.
