Sweet Potato Balls * - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 or 5 medium sweet potatoes
sugar
marshmallows
cornflake crumbs
butter

Preparation

Boil and skin sweet potatoes.
Beat and sweeten to taste.
Make into balls with marshmallow on the inside.
Roll in cornflake crumbs.
Put into dish and put chips of butter on top.
Cook at 300\u00b0 until marshmallows have popped.
