Dilly Casserole Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onions
    2 tsp. dill seed/weed
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. creamy cottage cheese
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1 egg
Preparation
    Soften yeast in water.
    Heat cottage cheese to lukewarm.
    Mix all ingredients, beat well.
    Add enough flour to make a stiff dough.
    Cover and let rise in a warm place until double (about 1 hour).
    Stir down and turn into well-greased 8-inch round casserole.
    Let rise in warm place for about 30 minutes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
