Zesty Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium even potatoes
1 tsp. salt
2 t 3 Tbsp. melted butter
2 to 3 Tbsp. chopped parsley or 2 to 3 tsp. dried herbs
4 Tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Scrub and rinse potatoes.
Cut potatoes into thin slices, but do not cut all the way through.
Use a handle of a spoon to prevent knife from cutting all the way.
Put potatoes in a baking dish, then fan slightly.
Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with butter. Sprinkle with herbs.
