Apricot Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. bottle Russian dressing
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 small jar apricot preserves
    2 chickens, cut in 1/4's and 1/8's
Preparation
    Mix the first 3 ingredients together.
    Place chicken in a pan. Pour the sauce over the chicken.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0. Change to 350\u00b0
    last half hour if you feel chicken is not cooking fast enough.
