Quick Tacos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
1 c. water
1 pkg. tortilla chips
1/2 head lettuce, shredded
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cook and stir ground beef and onion in 10-inch skillet until beef is brown; drain.
Stir in seasoning mix (dry) and water. Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Spoon beef mixture onto chips.
Top with remaining ingredients.
