Delicious Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1 small green pepper, chopped fine
1 small onion, chopped fine
2 Tbsp. plain flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. milk, heated
1 medium can creamed corn
2 egg yolks
1/2 c. bread cubes, toasted
buttered crumbs
Preparation

Saute onions and pepper in butter for 5 minutes.
Add flour and seasonings.
Stir in milk, egg yolks, corn and bread cubes.
Pour into a buttered Pyrex loaf dish.
Sprinkle crumbs on top, and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
Serves 6.
