Cheese Straws - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated sharp cheese
    2 c. flour
    1 c. melted butter
    4 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Mix cheese, flour and butter; stir thoroughly.
    Add eggs; roll as for pastry.
    Cut into 1/2 to 3-inch strips.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until brown.
    Yield:
    8 dozen.
