Guacamole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 avocados, peeled and seeded
2 Tbsp. lemon juice or lime
1/2 c. green onions, minced with part of tops
1 tomato, peeled and diced (optional)
1 small clove garlic, minced
salt
pinch of chili powder
pinch of salt
Preparation

Mash or chop avocados, sprinkle with lemon juice and mix in all the other ingredients.
This can be served immediately, but can be covered with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or so, to gather flavor and mellow.
Serves 4.
