Irish Soda Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
8 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 pkg. seedless raisins
1 1/2 c. condensed milk
1/2 c. melted shortening
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together; add raisins, milk and shortening.
Mix well and knead the dough on a floured surface. (The more kneading, the better.)
Place in a well-greased, 1-inch deep baking pan and bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
