Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped green onions
1 can cream of celery soup
1 1/4 c. milk
6 slices American cheese
5 c. sliced potatoes
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Butter casserole (13 x 9 x 2-inch).
Set oven at 350\u00b0.
Saute green onions lightly.
Add soup and milk.
Mix. Remove from stove. Layer half the potatoes in casserole, then all the cheese, then another layer of potatoes.
Pour soup mixture over all.
Cover with aluminum foil for 1 hour.
Uncover and cook 30 more minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
