Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. soda
1/3 c. peanut butter
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Cream the shortening, peanut butter and sugars together.
Add egg and beat.
Sift remaining dry ingredients into small bowl.
Add both together and vanilla.
Form into small balls.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
