Strawberry Congealed Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small pkg. strawberry jello
2 c. boiling water
2 pkg. frozen strawberries
1 c. pecans
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 pt. sour cream
Preparation

Dissolve strawberry jello in boiling water.
Add frozen strawberries and blend until berries are thawed, then mix the drained pineapple and pecans.
Pour half of the mixture in flat dish and refrigerate until it has jelled.
Whip together the sour cream and cream cheese until well blended and spread on top of jello.
Then make a third layer with the other half of jello mix and chill.
