Green Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (9 oz.) pkg. French-style green beans
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 c. sour cream
    4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. croutons
Preparation
    Cook beans and drain.
    Melt oleo; add flour and cook over low heat until thickened.
    Remove from heat; stir in sugar, onion, mustard and sour cream.
    Fold mixture in beans.
    Place in 2-quart casserole; sprinkle with cheese.
    Top with croutons.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
